Aluminium Venetian blinds:

• Dust your blinds regularly. Firstly tilt your slats up and dust from side to side. Then tilt your slats down and repeat. Use a feather duster, soft cloth or the vacuum cleaner brush attachment.
• Should you wish to wash your blinds, you can use a mild detergent in warm water. Rinse afterwards with a clean cloth. Should your blinds fit in your bathtub, you may immerse them in water and wash with a soft cloth. Dry with a lint-free cloth or leave them tilted open to dry in the hanging position.

Wood Venetian Blinds:

• Never immerse in water! Water will discolour and warp your wood venetian blinds.
• Dust only with a soft cloth, feather duster or the brush attachment of the vacuum cleaner. To dust, tilt the slats up slightly and dust from side to side. Tilt the slats down and repeat. You may apply furniture polish to your wood venetian blinds.

Faux-Wood Venetian Blinds:

Dust your Faux-Wood Venetian blinds regularly using a soft cloth, feather duster or the brush attachment of your vacuum cleaner. Tilt the slats up slightly and dust from side to side. Then tilt the slats down and dust again from side to side. Faux-Wood blinds can also be cleaned with a soft damp cloth and should there be a spot, use a mild detergent to wipe clean.

Roller Blinds:

• Dust your roller blinds with the brush attachment of your vacuum cleaner.
• Use a mild detergent or dishwashing liquid to make soapy solution. Use a soft cloth or sponge and squeeze out excess water. Wipe down your roller blind with the damp sponge or cloth. Repeat with clean water. Let your roller blind hang down in the window and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or let it dry naturally.

Vertical Blinds:

• Dust regularly with the vacuum cleaner brush attachment or a clean soft dust cloth.
• Do not immerse in water!
• Clean spots with a soft, damp cloth or sponge using a very mild detergent in warm water. Pat dry with a lint free cloth.

Unfortunately they do fade over time. You may apply furniture polish with UV protection to help keep them in a good condition for longer

Most of our blinds provide privacy – you might want to fit a block-out roller blind to the face of the wall for total block-out and privacy

Our lead time is 7 to 10 working days from date of order to installation of your blinds.

Blinds:

• Fabric: 2 years
• Aluminium hardware: 2 years
• Plastic components: 2 years
• Wood – Please note: Slight warpage, as well as natural variations in colour and grain effect are normal with a wood product and are not considered defects.

Terms and conditions:

• Some fading and discolouration of the product can occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and are not considered a defect.
• The warranty is subject to:
  • The product is being used for a purpose for which it has been designed.
  • The products are not misused, altered or repaired other than by our own installer.
  • The products were regularly cleaned and maintained according to our instructions.
  • The warranty excludes reasonable wear and tear.
  • The warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, misuse, and abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity or failure to follow cleaning instructions.

We can install blinds to the face of the wall, outside of the reveal.

Yes, we will need to remove the blind for a day or two and replace your cords and tapes.

You will be charged a call-out fee and for the cost of the tapes or cords.

Should you wish to get a quotation for budget purposes only, you are welcome to send through the sizes of your windows or doors via email or WhatsApp and we will quote accordingly.
